TDI Roller Release Agent Polyurethane Mold Release Agent Solvent Based
This concentrate can be diluted with solvent and is designed for the polyurethane industry. It demonstrates excellent performance in releasing polyurethane rollers and castors.

- Dilute the product with a recommended solvent (naphtha or heptane) to suitable solid content (typically 10-30 parts solvent).
- Thoroughly clean the mold surface before application.
- Apply at least two uniform, thin coats at process temperature with short drying time between applications.
- Reapply light coats as needed to maintain desired release and lubrication.
- For industrial use only
- Avoid prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions
- Immediately rinse eyes with copious water if accidental splashes occur
- Do not allow product to freeze
