There are multiple basic models of high-efficiency air coolers that are commonly used. These models are primarily classified by cold storage temperature. The high temperature type has a fin pitch of 4.5mm, while the medium temperature type has a fin pitch of 6.0mm.
The cooling capacity of these air coolers ranges from 1.1 to 46KW, making them suitable for various forms of commercial refrigeration, freezing, and cold storage equipment, particularly in supermarkets.

The air cooler equipped with internally threaded copper tubes has a higher refrigeration capacity compared to the one with bare tubes. Specifically, the cooling capacity can be 1.4-1.5 times greater with the same fin area.
With the aim of achieving uniform frosting, the design of air flow and liquid separation circuits has been optimized, and a new liquid distributor has been used. As a result, the frosting of the coil tubes can be significantly made uniform.
Efficient defrosting is made possible with the reasonable spacing and power design of the electric heaters employed in the air cooler.
Convenient installation and maintenance are made possible with the flexibility of disassembling and cleaning the water tray and the two side panels.
The air cooler's durability is ensured with its shell made of embossed aluminum plate and sprayed with epoxy resin plastic, as well as with its connectors made of high-strength aluminum rivets and stainless steel fasteners.
