The D-series air cooler, also referred to as an air cooler, is an efficient cooling device that is ideal for both civil and combined cold storages. This device has three types, namely, DL, DD, and DJ, which are designed to operate in cold storages with varying temperature requirements.

The D-series air cooler boasts of an array of features such as a lightweight and compact structure, which occupies minimal cold storage space. It also ensures a uniform storage temperature and quick cooling of food items stored in the cold storage, thus guaranteeing freshness.

This cooling device operates with high efficiency levels, providing an effective way of cooling food items stored in the cold storage. By keeping the stored food fresh, the D-series air cooler promotes healthy eating and lifestyles.

Features:

The shell of the product is built with the use of a plastic spraying process or an embossed aluminum plate. The surface of it is further plastic sprayed, giving it strong corrosion resistance and a beautiful appearance.

The coil in the product is arranged in a novel way, in order to reduce the wind side resistance. Once the sheet has been installed, the copper tube is mechanically expanded onto the fin so as to reduce the contact thermal resistance and improve heat transfer efficiency.

Upon completion of pressure testing, the product is cleaned in the tube with trichloroethylene to remove oil, moisture, and oxide scale from within the tube.

A special fan motor is chosen, featuring low power consumption, large air volume, low noise levels, and a long range to ensure normal operation under humid and low temperature conditions.

The product makes use of a U-shaped tubular stainless steel electric heating tube with strong insulation. The electric heating tube is inserted into the coil. The spacing distribution and power design are reasonable so as to ensure short defrosting time and good effect.

A slot-type hanger is employed to make lifting the product easier.

All products are filled with nitrogen and pressure-maintained before leaving the factory.

Applications:

The DL type is a refrigeration system that is specifically designed for cold storage environments with a storage temperature of around 0℃, making it ideal for preserving fresh eggs or vegetables.

On the other hand, the DD type is a refrigeration system that operates at a much lower storage temperature of -18℃, making it well-suited for freezing foods such as meat and fish.

Finally, the DJ type is a refrigeration system that is capable of quick freezing meat, fresh fish products, or prepared foods at a storage temperature of -25℃.
