Product Description:
The D series air cooler is a type of in-store cooling device that is utilized with a Freon refrigeration unit. It is designed for use at different store temperatures and is classified into DL, DD, and DJ series.
The DL series air cooler is particularly appropriate for maintaining freshness in stores with temperatures around 0℃. The DD series air cooler is suitable for cold storage with temperatures around 18℃. Meanwhile, the DJ series air cooler is perfect for quick freezing with temperatures that go below -25℃.
Features:
The shell is built with spraying technology and embossed aluminum plate. It is also treated with spraying on the surface, which gives it strong corrosion resistance and a beautiful appearance.
The coil is arranged in a novel way that reduces wind side resistance. After installation, the copper tube is tightly attached to the fin using mechanical expansion tube. This helps to minimize contact thermal resistance and improves heat transfer efficiency significantly.
A special fan motor is carefully selected to ensure normal operation under low temperature and humid conditions. It has low power consumption, produces large air volume, low noise and can cover a wide range.
The U-shaped tubular stainless steel electric heating tube with strong insulation is used. This electric heating tube is inserted into the coil with a reasonable spacing distribution and power design. Its defrosting time is short, and it has a good effect.
The slot-type hanger is used to ensure easy lifting.
