RevonoxOU-5068L(U-5068L)is a high-performance and multi-function thermal stabilizer specially designed for

thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)synthesis.This syner- gistic blend comprises a proprietary carbon-centered

radical scavenger,antioxidants,and heat stabilizers.

As a multi-function thermal stabilizer,U-5068L provides

outstanding performances in several respects,including color and melt flow index(MI)control,good hydrolytic stability,and not sensitive to gas-fading.

In addition,it displays superior effectiveness to conven-tional antioxidant systems in improving the thermal yellowing resistance and physical property retention during further oven-curing or thermal aging.In TPU film applications,U-5068L can reduce the generation of fisheye defects. U-5068L is generally used in polyether,polyesters,or other modified TPU systems.

The recommended dosage is 0.2-0.5%.If oven-curing or thermal aging is performed after synthesis,the recom- mended dosage is 0.5-1.0%.
