Product Introduction:

The ventilated aging test chamber is suitable for thermal resistance testing of electrical insulating materials, as well as for ventilated aging testing of electronic components and plasticized products.

Product Characteristic:

• The temperature controller adopts PID automatic calculation SCR current automatic adjustment control, providing precise and reliable temperature control.
• Large-scale tempered glass inspection, with attached lighting, allowing for the observation of test conditions within the box at any time.
• The internal turntable can be freely disassembled or placed with a sample rack, and the motor speed for hanging is 8-10rpm.
• Multi-wing centrifugal horizontal diffusion air supply circulation system, with adjustable fresh air ventilation volume.
• The left side of the box is equipped with a 50mm diameter test hole for external testing power or signal lines.
• Multiple safety protection circuit system with fault warning.
• Digital timer with ventilation measurement function, allowing for the setting of ventilation time and frequency.
• The whole machine is processed by CNC machine tools, with the inner box made of high-quality SUS# 304 stainless steel and the outer box made of plastic-sprayed steel plate. It is equipped with a non-reactive door handle for easy operation and beautiful and novel design.
