Rotating firewood trommel screen drum screen is is cylindrical drum which is inclined and installed on the frame, the geared motor is connected to the drum device through a coupling, the driving drum will rotate around the axis direction. When the materials enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the materials on the screen surface is overturned and rolled so that the fine material is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the back end of the drum of trommel screen, and the coarse material is discharged at the tail of the drum discharge. As the material in the drum devise flip, rolling, so the materials stuck in the sieve can be ejected to prevent the sieve blocking.
Structure and Principle
Firewood tumbler is composed of feeding hopper, screen drum, chassis, wheel, transmission device, and control cabinet(optional parts: diesel engine generator and belt conveyor). It is a new type of mobile screening platform, and suitable for the power plant, coking plant, building materials, metallurgy, chemical, mining and other industries. It has the features that less investment, less labor, simple operation and flexible.
After the materials is feed into the drum, on the one hand, materials being screened along with the rotation of drum, on the other hand, the bigger materials flow forward along the direction of slope and be separated by the screen with different number of meshes. The different materials fall into different hopper and then be sent to different finished product stacks by manpower or belt conveyor.
