Gold ore stone jaw crusher
The PE series jaw crusher is one of the mainstream crushing equipment with the largest sales volume and the highest production efficiency in the mining equipment industry. It can process ore with a compressive strength of no more than 320MPa to medium particle size. It is very suitable for the first crushing of rock gold and is often used with hammer crusher, impact crusher, sand making machine, etc. together form a complete rock gold production line.
Work principle
Jaw crushers are mainly divided into two series: PE and PEX. The PE series is used for the first crushing of materials, and the PEX series is used for secondary crushing and fine crushing of materials. Through the extrusion of the internal jaw plate, big stones are broken into small pieces and discharged from the lower outlet. Our crushers are also equipped with stands for smoother material discharge. The wearing parts of jaw crusher include jaw plate and side guard plate.
The PE series jaw crusher has a simple structure, is hard and reliable, not easily damaged, and occupies a small area. It is especially suitable for fixed crushing production lines and mobile crushing stations.
