Structure and Principle
The trommel screen is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, a drum device, a frame, a sealing cover and a material inlet and outlet. The motor drives the axis of the drum to rotate, and the reducer adjusts the drum to rotate at a certain speed. The material enters the drum from the feed port. Under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the rotation, the material rolls in the drum and passes through the grading screen from top to bottom. Precipitation, due to the different grading sizes of the screens, the materials are gradually separated and screened, and the materials with qualified particle size fall into their respective hoppers after being screened, and then are transported out by manpower or sent to the finished product station by gravity through a conveyor. Qualified products are discharged through the discharge port at the lower end, with larger particles, and unqualified products are discharged through another discharge port.
