Chain Plate dryer, named plate dryer also, is redesigned based on traditional mesh belt dryer and conveyor dryer by SINOLION MACHINERY, professional briquette machine and briquettes dryer manufacturer. Chain plate dryer is are widely welcomed by briquettes plant after successful designing. We replace the traditional mesh belt by new designing steel plate which driven by the motor through the chain connected with plate. Most importantly, we make full use the space between the center of each layer, as following drawing:

Working Principle
Final briquettes, from briquettes press machine with moisture content around 25%-40%, are feed into chain plate dryer evenly from the feeding top assembled at the top of dryer. The briquettes will follow the chain plate moving until to the end of first layer, following the turning around of chain plate, the briquettes will fall down to the center of first layer, moving with the chain plate until to the beginning of first layer and then fall down to the second layer top following the chain plate turning around. The briquettes will move by the same way until to the end of dryer and discharge from the discharge port! During the moving with chain plate, the hot air pumped from furnace will be pumped into the dryer through two side of dryer by strong centrifugal fan to the bottom of dryer, the hot air will pass the moving briquettes and taking the moisture out until the briquettes moisture upto the request date. Usually, last layer will be assembled the chain plate without hole to collect the dust generated during the process and conveyor out.
