Product Description
Mobile aggregate grader can grade pebble between 1 to 300 mm in size ready for batching, with mobile unit for use outside with diesel engine or diesel generator set.
Mobile aggregate grader is positioned at the beginning of the equipment line, replacing the need for multiple pieces of equipment.
All our trommel screens are engineered with simple, energy efficient design that utilizes gravity and centrifugal force to reduce maintenance and separate different material sizes from the waste stream.
Mobile aggregate grader is usually designed with bag opener to be integrated with trommel screen, i.e., a rotary body with screen net. The blades to open the bags will be mounted on the inside wall of rotary body. When the bagged garbage is fed into the front part of drum, the bags will be tossed along with the rotation of the drum and fall onto the blades and get stabbed through, repeating for several times and the bags will be opened. In the mean time, it also functions as bulk material separation. It is with simple structure and corrosion-resistant and it is convenient to maintain the blades, economic and practical.
The Trommel screens provide a simple, efficient and economical solution to upgrade a wide rang of material and optimize the subsequent process steps of recovery. This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment cost and to increaseproduct quality, while allowing rapid and large volume processing. This material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms such as centrifugal Concentrator, spiral chute, jig etc.
