Our equipment is called gold mobile trommel screen, which is used to collect gold from placer gold、alluvial gold and rock gold . Its advantages are flexible movement, simple operation, convenient cleaning, high gold recovery capacity，and obvious gold selection effect, and the equipment can work in different construction and operation areas, it can be moved with a trailer hitch ,and the operation cost is low.
The mobile trommel gold washing plant is designed for alluvial/placer gold ore processing, it's consist a half covered trommel screen, one diesel engine/ electric motor, water pump& water pipes, and other facilities such as the feeding hoper and the mobile system.
Working principle
1.>Raw material feeding The raw material input through the hopper inlet is pushed into the screen drum by the powerful water pressure of the nozzle loaded in the hopper. 2> Washing The screen barrel has a built-in galvanized seamless water spray pipe (diameter 42mm), and the raw materials are washed by water and selected through the gold panning tank through the rotation of the trommel screen. 3> Fine gold collection Light dirt and sand are washed away by the water, and heavier gold will gather in the gold blanket.
The drum part is made of round steel and manganese wire mesh. The outermost layer of the screen drum is manganese wire mesh, and the inner layer is round steel with a diameter of 20mm and an interval of 50mm. The design of the double-layer screen on the one hand protects the material from damage caused by impact on the screen, thus extending the service life of the screen, and on the other hand improves the screening efficiency.
