Product Description
Our production is called a mobile gold trommel screen , also known as mobile gold car. The sieve-type gold mobile washing equipment is mainly used for sand splitting and gold selection. It is suitable for energy and mining, building materials store, manufacturing plant, construction engineering, energy and mining.
The mobile trommel gold washing plant is designed for alluvial/placer gold ore processing, it's consist a half covered trommel screen, one diesel engine/ electric motor, water pump& water pipes, and other facilities such as the feeding hoper and the mobile system.
Working principle
1. Raw material feeding The raw material input through the hopper inlet is pushed into the screen drum by the powerful water pressure of the nozzle loaded in the hopper. 2. Washing The screen barrel has a built-in galvanized seamless water spray pipe (diameter 42mm), and the raw materials are washed by water and selected through the gold panning tank through the rotation of the trommel screen. 3. Fine gold collection Light dirt and sand are washed away by the water, and heavier gold will gather in the gold blanket.
Sluice box
Gold sluice box is lined with a professional sticky gold blanket made of polyethylene non-woven bottom, which has strong catching ability, high recovery rate, and is also effective for fine-grained gold. And it has the advantages of favorable price, simple structure and easy operation.
Double Screen
The drum part is made of round steel and manganese wire, and the outer screen is made of manganese wire.which is strong and durable. the screen can be designed with two different sizes of apertures,the maximum product under the screen is 100mm, the middle is 10-50mm, and the thinnest can be up to 3mm . The design of the double-layer screen improves the screening efficiency on the one hand. and can screen materials of three specifications ,on the other hand. it protects and improves the service life of the screen.
Trommel screen
The drum part is made of round steel and manganese wire, and also has three outlets.it improves the screening efficiency of materials, the maximum product under the sieve is 100mm. the middle is 10-50 mm, the thinnest can reach 3 mm.
