The function of grille
The grille is located above the feed hopper. It is made of round steel with a diameter of 20mm and an interval of 50mm. The grille blocks larger diameter materials from the hopper and prevents larger materials from entering the hopper and damaging the screen cylinder.
Raw materials input through the inletof the hopper will be pushed into thesieve by the strong water pressure ofthe spray head installed in the hopper ,through the rotation of the drum sievethe raw material is washed by waterand selected through the gold pan.the light soil and sand are washedaway by the water, and the heaviergold will gather in the gold pan.
The trommel screen is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, a drum device, a frame, and a material inlet and outletThe motor is connected with the roller device through the reducer through the coupling, and drives the roller device torotate around its axis.
