Working principle
The centrifuge is driven by a motor to rotate at high speed and is surrounded by pressurized backwash water. The material is injected from the upper end of the enrichment cone. There are grooves formed by rows of ribs inside the enrichment cone. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the enrichment cone The minerals will be thrown towards the groove, but due to the effect of the recoil water sprayed outward in the groove, only the heavy mineral particles can overcome the resistance of the recoil water and stay in the groove to form concentrate, while the light mineral particles will be The centrifugal force is small and it is difficult to overcome the effect of the backwash water. The backwash water will flush out the groove and overflow from the upper end of the enrichment cone driven by the continuously injected water flow to become tailings.
The entire system of the fully automatic centrifuge consists of a main machine, a water pump, a piping system, an air pump, and a control cabinet.Centrifuges are divided into fully semi-automatic centrifuges and automatic centrifuges. They need to be equipped with a clean water centrifugal pump. There is a butterfly valve at the top of the centrifuge, and the feed is fed through the air pump control switch. The fully automatic centrifuge can automatically flush water every 3-6 cycles.
