Work Principle
The drum screen mainly consists of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, and inlet and outlet.The material first passes through the grille to filter out large pieces of material, and then passes through the bin and enters the screen cylinder. At this time, the high-pressure water in the water pipe cleans the material. At the same time, the motor drives the screen cylinder to rotate through the chain, and the material particles in the screen cylinder follow. The screen drum rotates to a certain height and is thrown down by gravity. It is filtered through the screen while cleaning, forming cleaning and screening.
Trommel Screen
The screen adopts high manganese steel woven screen, which has high efficiency and long service life.The screen is divided into two parts, the first half is smaller than 5mm, and the second half is larger than 5mm. The cylinder has a double-layer structure,and the inner layer is connected to the outer screen by a round steel screen bar structure, which helps prevent direct impact of large materials. The screen greatly extends the service life of the outer screen and improves the screening efficiency of the outer screen.
