Gold Mobile Trommel Screen 1020 can process 10-30 tons of materials per hour, suitable to dry land, beaches, and ancient rivers, with a recovery rate of up to 90%. It is a movable platform with a traction on the front side of the traction, which can be well fixed and moved on the sand. GMTS1020 is double layer structure, the inner layer is round steel screen bar and the outer layer is a screen made of high manganese steel.
Working Principle
GMTS1020 is mianly consist of motor, drum device, frame, tries, grille, and inlet and outlet. When the GMTS 1020 is running, it is powered by the motor. When the material enters from the feed port, small pieces of material enter the drum through the grille, and then start screening. Since the particle size and specific gravity of gold are different, heavy metals containing gold will be screened out from the discharge port during the washing and screening process. The trommel screen is equipped with a motor and has a long service life, so there is no need to worry about outdoor power generation. It is economical, durable, safe and powerful. We can configure a diesel engine for you if you need it.
