Shaking table is one of the main equipments of gravity beneficiation in the gold processing equipment, mainly used in the separation of tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold and other rare metals and precious metal ores , can also be used in coal mines. It can be used in different operations such as roughing, beneficiation, sweeping, etc., and separate coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), ore slime (-0.074) and other different particle sizes. You can select it according to your needs.
Working principle
The shaking table is mainly composed of eight parts: transmission box, motor, machine feet, bed surface, ore tank, water tank, connector and lubrication system. When the shaking table is driven by the transmission box to reciprocate, the slurry with a concentration of about 25%-30% is sent into the ore feed tank, and the horizontal flushing water is supplied from the feed tank. Therefore, under the action of inertia and friction generated by the reciprocating asymmetric motion, the materials are according to specific gravity and particle size, and gradually flow downward in a fan shape along their respective directions of movement, and are discharged from different areas on the concentrate at the end of the shaking table and the tailings side is finally divided into concentrate, medium ore and tailings.
2. The bed surface is flat, has good corrosion resistance, is sturdy and durable, is not easily deformed, and is easy to repair locally.
3. The transmission box operates reliably, has few parts that are prone to wear, and does not leak oil.
4. The lateral slope adjustment range is large and the stroke is easy to adjust. When changing the lateral slope and stroke, the bed surface can maintain smooth operation.
