The XMC type pulse bag dust collector is a new type of high efficiency pulse

dust collector improved on the basis of the national standard Mc-ii type and

the Japanese TBF bag dust collector. It integrates the advantages of various

pulse jet dust collectors in separate chamber reverse blowing, overcomes the

disadvantages of insufficient dust cleaning strength in separate chamber and

uneven distribution of inlet and outlet air, and expands the application range.

The structure of XMC dust collector has its own characteristics, so it improves

the dust collection efficiency, adaptability, and extends the service life of the

filter bag. After many years of production practice, the equipment runs stably,

the maintenance amount is small, and the combination range is large, which

is well received by the majority of users. This series of products can be widely

used in asphalt mixing building crushing, mill, dryer, furnace and other dust and

dust collection system. The material of dust filter bag is generally made of

polyester needle felt, which allows continuous use temperature ≤120℃. For

example, the filter bag is made of Matas high temperature needle felt, which

allows use temperature up to 204℃. This series of dust collector can be

combined with a variety of different specifications of dust collector according to

different specifications of the solenoid valve, this series of dust collector can be

operated under negative pressure or positive pressure, its body structure does

not change, the dust collection efficiency of more than 99.8%, the dust concentration

of the purification gas < 100mg/m3, if the frequency furnace pulse bag dust collector

is used in cold areas or when the flue gas is lower than zero point, it is necessary to

add thermal insulation heating device. The shell has to be changed accordingly.
