- Intelligent Dust Cleaning System: Equipped with DMF-Z type electromagnetic pulse valves, featuring a blowing pressure of 0.4-0.6MPa and a response time of ≤0.15s. Combined with PLC dual-mode control (timing + differential pressure feedback), it avoids excessive dust cleaning that may damage filter bags.
- Wide Working Condition Adaptability: Filter bag materials are selectable (polyester for 130℃, P84 for 260℃, PTFE for 260℃), capable of handling high-temperature, high-humidity, and corrosive gases. The inlet dust concentration tolerance range is 3-5g/m³.
