DMC-96 type single pulse dust collector box is generally welded from carbon steel, and the

Working principle of single pulse dust collector: Under the action of the main fan of the system,

the dust-containing gas enters the box from the inlet of the dust collector, and the coarse dust

particles fall directly into the bin under the action of inertia and self-weight, which plays the role

of pre-collecting dust. Other lighter dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter cartridge

with the air flow, and the filtered purified gas is discharged by the air after the box. With the

continuous filtration conditions, more and more dust accumulates on the outer surface of the

filter bag, and the resistance of the equipment will also increase (generally set to 1500PA).

In order to ensure the continuous normal operation of the system, the pulse valve will be

periodically sprayed by the controller to clean the ash. The injection time and cycle can be

set and adjusted according to the actual needs of customers through the pulse controller.
