The Nickel Ore Thermal Furnace Long Bag Pulse Bag Dust Collector is the primary equipment for sintering in the nickel iron smelting process. It processes clay laterite nickel ore into semi-finished products with excellent gas permeability and chemical properties, which are then used in electric furnaces, ore furnaces, or blast furnaces for smelting.
Our mechanized laterite nickel ore sintering machine efficiently converts laterite nickel ore into sinter ore. This auxiliary smelting equipment minimizes environmental pollution while significantly enhancing sinter output and quality.
The system extracts flue gas from industrial silicon production furnaces through centrifugal main fan suction. The gas first passes through a secondary combustion chamber and pre-dust collector where coarse particles and sparks are removed, ensuring complete combustion. The flue gas then enters a heat exchanger for temperature reduction before being directed to the bag dust collector. Dust is captured in the filter bags while purified gas is discharged through the collector's top. Micro-powder collected in the ash bucket can be manually or mechanically removed.
