At present, in the galvanizing industry, there are many harmful gases

produced in the production of hot dip galvanizing. The more harmful is

the zinc oxide flue gas produced by hot galvanizing, the gas emitted

when the solvent (and zinc chloride) is heated, which affects the working

environment and corrodes the plant and equipment.
The general technical requirements of this equipment:
1, product spraying line use;
2, a fixed top suction cover is set above the zinc pan, the harmful dust

gas is extracted through the pipeline, filtered by the large cloth bag filter

through the chimney, and then discharged to the atmosphere.

Hot dip galvanized zinc pot flue gas dust collector needs to achieve the

following indicators:
1, can capture more than 5μm particles of smoke volatilized from the zinc

pan, zinc smoke capture rate is more than 90%;
2, post dust concentration ≤10 mg/m3 (minus environmental background

value);
3, zinc slag and zinc powder capture rate of more than 90%;
4, the design of the equipment itself should be in line with the work site

environment, with a good human-machine relationship, easy to use.
5, the equipment design itself should meet the national and industry

environmental protection design standards.
6, after dust removal, gas emission concentration and rate should meet

the "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996)

Table 2 requirements; Achieve standard discharge to the national

environmental protection department monitoring and acceptance.
7, the equipment bag should be guaranteed for one year, and can still pass
