The dust collection process begins when fan gravity draws smoke and dust through the collection cover into the equipment inlet. A preliminary filter blocks sparks while allowing soot gas to enter the settlement chamber. Here, gravity and upward airflow separate particles:

• Finer particles are captured on the filter element surface
• Clean, filtered air is discharged through the outlet

For safe operation and optimal performance, please follow these guidelines:

1. Position the unit on level ground at the work site and secure the casters
2. Connect all accessories and adjust the suction arm hood opening
3. Power on the unit and press the motor running switch
4. After 72 hours of operation, clean the filter cartridges to maintain efficiency
5. Regularly clean the dust hopper and inspect the air intake bin
