Product Description
The portable dust collector efficiently captures smoke and dust generated during grinding and welding operations.
Equipped with casters for easy mobility between workstations, it offers convenient installation and use.
Working Principle
The system operates through fan gravity, drawing smoke and dust into the equipment inlet where a preliminary filter blocks sparks.
The soot gas enters a settlement chamber where coarse particles descend into the dustbin while finer particles are captured by the filter element.
Clean, purified air is then discharged through the outlet.
Maintenance Instructions
- Always power off and unplug before cleaning, replacing parts, or changing working conditions
- Inspect power cords regularly for damage - discontinue use immediately if damage is found
- Store in dry conditions away from direct sunlight and moisture when not in use
- Clean filter cartridges regularly to prevent clogging and maintain optimal suction
- Replace filter cartridges every 6 months (or as needed based on environmental conditions)
