3. Principle:

Step 1: The exhaust gas enters the packing layer through the air inlet;
Step 2: Liquid nozzles in the packing layer spray the liquid into the gas, so that the gas and the liquid come into contact with each other, thus absorbing or separating the harmful substances;
Step 3: The purified gas is discharged from the air outlet; while the waste water is treated with drugs in the recycle tank and then recycled, and the sediments are cleaned up regularly.

4. Components
Spray tower is mainly composed of tower body, packing layer, spraying system, mist eliminator, circulating water tank, fan and so on. The tower body is the main structure of the spray tower, usually made of carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials; the packing layer is used to increase the gas-liquid contact area and improve the purification efficiency; the spray system consists of spray pumps, spray pipes and nozzles, which is responsible for spraying the spray liquid uniformly on the packing layer; the demister is used for the removal of droplets in the purified gas; the circulation tank is used for the storage of spray liquid, and through the circulating pump will be transported to the spray liquid spray system; the fan is used to provide power for the flow of exhaust gas. Fans are used to provide power for the flow of exhaust gases.
