Product Overview
Our high temperature dust filter bags are engineered for demanding industrial applications including cement production, steel manufacturing, glass production, ceramics processing, and asphalt plants. These specialized filter bags effectively reduce dust emissions to meet stringent environmental regulations.
Working Principle
The dust collection system operates by capturing airborne particles on the filter bag surface while allowing purified air to pass through. Contaminated air enters the dust collector, undergoes pretreatment, then filters through the baghouse. Clean air exits through the top while collected dust remains on the bag surface for periodic removal by the cleaning system.
