Bag Filter Customized Industrial Dust Removal And Filtration Equipment Dust Collector
Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the intake port and first encounters the inclined plate and baffle between the intake and exhaust ports. The gas flow then turns and flows into the ash hopper, while its speed slows down. Due to the effect of inertia, coarse dust particles in the gas directly fall into the ash hopper, achieving initial separation.
Fine dust particles turn upward with the airflow and enter the middle and lower boxes. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags. The filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection pipe, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust duct and exhaust fan. As the filtration time increases, the dust layer on the filter bags continuously thickens, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment rises.
When the equipment resistance rises to the set value, the ash cleaning device is activated. The compartmental-based stop-air pulse jet cleaning technology is widely applied:
- Cut off the airflow: First, close the clean air outlet duct of this chamber to ensure that the filter bags are in a state without airflow passing through, preventing secondary adsorption of dust during ash cleaning.
- Pulse jet: Open the pulse valve, and compressed air rapidly expands in the upper box within an extremely short period of time, flowing into the filter bags. The expansion and deformation of the filter bag cause vibration.
- Dust discharge: The shut-off valve's closing time ensures that the dust settles in the ash hopper after injection, preventing it from adhering to adjacent filter bags along with the airflow.
The exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve are fully automatically controlled by a programmable controller. The frequency and intensity of ash cleaning are adjusted according to the equipment resistance or the set time.
