The dust concentration produced by waste aluminum smelting furnaces is exceptionally high, with flue gas dust content reaching up to tens of g/m³. This dust collector features a lower filtration velocity (typically controlled at 0.8-1.0 m/min, significantly lower than the 1.2-1.5 m/min of conventional bag filters), preventing high-concentration dust from instantly clogging filter bags. It is equipped with a large-capacity ash hopper and a powerful ash cleaning system that efficiently stores and manages dust accumulation.
