A pressure transmitter installed on the main pipeline automatically senses pressure changes when the number of open suction ports changes. The transmitter converts these changes into electrical signals sent to the system PLC, which automatically adjusts the fan's operating frequency to maintain stable negative pressure output and ensure optimal dust suction. Pneumatic balance valves on each suction branch pipe reduce the impact of suction ports under non-working conditions, while adjustable control suction port valves regulate air volume changes to balance the entire dust suction network pressure.
