The Medium Frequency Induction Furnace Baghouse Dust Collector is an industrial dust and fume filtration system specifically designed for dust generated during metal melting, casting, and foundry operations. Utilizing a pulse jet bag filter cleaning system, it continuously removes dust particles from furnace fumes while maintaining stable filtration performance.
Available as a complete solution including dust hood, air ducts, baghouse, filter bags, pulse cleaning system, dust hopper, discharge equipment, exhaust fan, and electrical control cabinet. Airflow, filtration area, filter media, and equipment dimensions can be customized according to furnace capacity and operating conditions.

Working Principle
During induction furnace operation, dust and fumes are generated around the furnace charging and melting area.
Furnace Fume → Extraction Hood → Ductwork → Baghouse Dust Collector → Filter Bags → Clean Air Chamber → Exhaust Fan → Stack
Dust-laden gas enters the baghouse and passes through filter bags. Dust particles are retained on the outer surface while filtered air passes into the clean-air chamber and discharges through the outlet.
As dust accumulates on filter bags, the pulse controller activates diaphragm pulse valves. Compressed air releases through blow tubes, producing powerful pulses that remove dust from filter bags. Collected dust falls into the hopper and discharges through the dust outlet.
