Screw conveyor transports materials using rotating spiral blades or spiral side with rotating tank. Designed for dry mortar production lines, it controls powder material feeding by regulating spiral blade rotation. The completely sealed cavity body prevents environmental pollution and material agglomeration from moisture. Typically operates at angles up to 45°, with maximum capability of 60°. Standard sections can be added or removed to achieve different lengths, with maximum single screw length of 14m. Spiral relay enables longer transport distances.
