The CBT decorative brick production line project in Malaysia

These pictures were taken on site during our construction project of a brick factory in Malaysia CBT.

On July 8, 2024, the Malaysia CBT project lunch ceremony was held by Xi’an Brictec successfully, the main purpose of which is to arrange the project constructing schedule and the project personnel duties, and to define the working responsibilities.

The CBT decorative brick production line project in Malaysia is a Southeast Asian model brick factory project that Xi'an Ruitai will focus on building in 2024. According to the project production process, the production line is designed to produce 70,000 decorative bricks (215x100x67mm) per day. Since the molding shift is 6 days/week, the actual molding control daily output is about 85,000 pieces.

Main processes of the CBT decorative brick factory production line project in Malaysia:

The project adopts wet plastic extrusion molding process for molding, single-layer tunnel drying room with support bar circulation for drying, and lightweight mullite flat ceiling external combustion tunnel kiln for firing. The operating equipment can be automatically controlled. The drying room and tunnel kiln are centrally controlled.
