Xi'an Brictec PCS Series automatic pulverized coal firing system is a fully-automatic production system that integrates raw coal metering, crushing, drying, feeding, burning, and monitoring functions. Designed specifically for the brick and tile industry, this system is ideal for continuous firing kilns that require top-fed pulverized coal combustion.

System Components
  • Hardware: Raw coal storage silo, scale conveyor belt, coal crusher, screw conveyor, pulverized coal dryer, dust collector, chain feeder, and pulverized coal burner
  • Software: Data acquisition unit, data analysis and processing unit, control unit, and feedback adjustment unit
