Xi'an Brictec PCS Series automatic Pulverized coal firing system is a fully-automatic production system developed for the brick and tile industry. This integrated solution combines raw coal metering, crushing, drying, feeding, burning, and monitoring functions to meet the demands of continuous firing kilns that utilize top-fed pulverized coal combustion.
System Components
Hardware Components: Includes raw coal storage silo, scale conveyor belt, coal crusher, screw conveyor, pulverized coal dryer, dust collector, chain feeder, and pulverized coal burner.
Software Components: Comprises data acquisition unit, data analysis and processing unit, control unit, and feedback adjustment unit.
