Automatic Energy Saving ISO Certified Hammer Crusher for Efficient Material Crushing
The hammer crusher is a robust material crushing equipment that breaks materials through impact force. Available in single-rotor and double-rotor configurations, it can directly crush materials with maximum particle sizes of 600-1800 mm down to 25 mm or smaller in a single crushing process.
Ideal for crushing medium-hard materials in cement, chemical, power, and metallurgy industries. Perfect for processing limestone, slag, coke, coal, and similar materials in medium and fine crushing operations.
- Single-rotor crusher: Available in reversible and irreversible configurations
- Double-rotor crusher: Features two rotors for enhanced crushing efficiency
- Common models: Single-rotor hammer crushers and ring hammer crushers are widely used for their reliability and adaptability

The hammer crusher utilizes impact energy to efficiently crush materials:
- The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed while materials enter the crushing chamber uniformly
- High-speed rotating hammer heads impact, shear, and tear materials to break them down
- Material gravity forces particles toward the baffle and screen bars inside the frame
- A screen plate below the rotor separates particles - smaller materials discharge while larger pieces continue being processed
Constructed from lower body, rear upper cover, and sidewalls connected by bolts. Features a top-mounted feed inlet and fully lined with high-manganese steel wear plates. The welded carbon steel structure includes high-manganese steel bearing supports for the rotor, ensuring structural integrity.
The motor drives the main shaft directly via an elastic coupling, with shaft support provided by spherical self-aligning roller bearings in bearing blocks on both frame sides.
Primary crushing components where quality, shape, and material determine productivity. Made from premium multi-element high-chromium manganese steel composite, these hammers offer significantly extended service life compared to standard models.
The core working unit consisting of main shaft, hammer discs, pins, and hammers arranged in three rows. End discs and locknuts prevent axial movement during operation.
High-manganese steel components subjected to material impact and abrasion. Quenched and strengthened for superior wear and impact resistance.
Comprising an arc-shaped screen frame and screening plates positioned below the rotor to separate crushed materials by size.
