Equipment Introduction
The hammer crusher is a robust material processing machine that breaks materials through impact force. Available in single-rotor and double-rotor configurations, it can directly crush materials from 600-1800 mm maximum particle size down to 25 mm or smaller in a single crushing cycle.

Working Principle
  1. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed while materials enter the crushing chamber uniformly
  2. High-speed rotating hammer heads impact, shear, and tear materials to break them down
  3. Material gravity forces particles toward baffle and screen bars inside the frame
  4. Particles smaller than screen holes discharge while oversized materials remain for further crushing

Key Components
1. Frame (Crusher Housing)
Constructed from lower body, rear upper cover, and sidewalls bolted together. Features a top feed inlet and high-manganese steel wear plates. The welded carbon steel structure includes bearing supports for the rotor, providing structural integrity.
2. Transmission System
Direct motor drive via elastic coupling to main shaft, supported by spherical self-aligning roller bearings in frame-mounted bearing blocks.
3. Hammer Heads
Primary crushing components made from premium multi-element high-chromium manganese steel composite. Heavier hammers provide greater kinetic energy for higher crushing efficiency and extended service life.

4. Rotor Assembly
Core working unit consisting of main shaft, hammer discs, pins, and hammers arranged in three rows. End discs and locknuts prevent axial movement during operation.
5. Impact Liners
High-manganese steel components quenched and strengthened for superior wear and impact resistance against material abrasion.
6. Screen Plate
Arc-shaped screen frame with screening plates positioned below the rotor to separate crushed materials by size.
