Electrostatic powder spray gun is the main tool to spray powder coating to be coated, people through the electrostatic powder spray gun to complete the spraying process. The end of the spray gun adds 30-100KV high voltage, and the corona discharge of the needle electrode at the end of the spray gun makes the powder coating particles with negative charge. This spray gun is called corona discharge electrostatic powder spray gun: It consists of a high-voltage electrostatic generator (composed of a high-frequency transformer and a booster circuit), a corona discharge electrode (composed of a needle electrode and a ring electrode), a spray regulator, a gun, an air and powder coating pipeline. The particles of powder coating are sent into the spray gun tube by air flow, and are ejected forward from the spray gun tube due to the corona discharge of the needle electrode, the ejected particles are charged, and the particles leave the spray gun tube outlet, that is, fly to the coated material, and complete the spray task.
