General Description
With advanced technology and multifunctional configurations, the SMC-6600 Slipform Paver provides efficient and precise cement concrete construction solutions for highways, high-speed railways, agricultural irrigation projects, and more, delivering durable, high-quality results.
Main Performance and Features
- Vibration Compaction System: High-quality vibrator with square head shell, 16 standard vibration circuits (6 optional), with stepless frequency adjustment from 0 to 167 Hz for optimal concrete compactness.
- Concrete Spreading System: Hopper for direct concrete unloading with two hydraulic-driven spreading augers featuring independent control and infinitely adjustable revolution for uniform paving.
- Electronic Control System: Color graphic/text display supports fault diagnosis and monitoring. Electronic/automatic control of steering, grade, and slope with CAN-bus communication. Includes four longitudinal and two transverse slope sensors for precise flatness and slope control.
- Hydraulic System: Four-pump load-sensing system from international brands with high-quality filters at inlet/outlet ports for stable, efficient operation.
- Traveling Device: Four-track hydraulic drive provides strong traction. Load-sensing hydraulic drive reduces system heating for continuous construction.
- Power System: Water-cooled Shanghai SC7H240G4 engine (177kW @ 2200rpm) with parallel three-in-one large-size radiator for excellent heat dissipation during continuous operation.

- Super Smoother: Hydraulic stepless frequency regulation for superior road surface rideability.
- Tie Bar Inserter: Installable on both sides and middle, supporting automatic/manual operation.
