The main function of the Vogler circular level gauge is to monitor the position of materials in the paver hopper in real time.
The paver needs to ensure that the supply of materials matches the paving progress during operation. The level gauge uses ultrasonic technology to emit sonar and measure the distance of the material, thereby determining the amount of material. The detected information will be fed back to the control system of the paver, in order to control the agitator and other components of the paver, thereby achieving automatic adjustment of the feeding efficiency of the agitator shaft to match the on-site paving efficiency. This can ensure the continuous and stable operation of the paver, improve construction efficiency and quality, while avoiding production interruptions or resource waste caused by material shortages or surpluses.
