Product Operating Principle
The static mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly in sequence within the casing.
When fluid passes through the mixing tube, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through the spiral blades under gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force. This process transforms two materials into a uniform mixture through lamination phenomena, achieving optimal mixing effects without external power requirements.
Applications include electronics manufacturing, civil engineering and construction, automotive manufacturing, gift decoration, and various industries requiring mixing of two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, and UV materials.
