Product Operating Principle
Static mixer tubes utilize advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for two-component adhesive systems (A and B components). The internal spiral rod features alternating left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid flows through, it undergoes continuous division and recombination - from two to four, four to eight streams - through gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force action. This automatic mixing process eliminates manual operation challenges and ensures uniform material distribution without external power requirements.
Applications span multiple industries including electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, automotive production, and gift decoration. Compatible with various two-component adhesives and fillers such as epoxy resin, silicone epoxy, PU, and UV materials.
