Operating Principle
The static mixer tube utilizes advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for complete blending of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of alternating left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid flows through the mixer, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through cutting and lamination processes, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This technology eliminates manual mixing difficulties and quality inconsistencies. The mixer operates using fluid dynamics principles including gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force to create optimal mixing conditions. Applications span electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, automotive manufacturing, and gift decoration industries, suitable for various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, and UV materials.
