Operating Principle
Static mixing tubes utilize advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily for two-component adhesives (A and B components). The internal spiral structure consists of alternating left and right helical blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid flows through, it undergoes continuous division and recombination - splitting from one to two, two to four, and four to eight streams - achieving thorough mixing through gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force effects. This eliminates manual mixing inconsistencies and operates without external power, relying solely on fluid pressure for optimal mixing performance.
