The Servo-Controlled Twisting Machine is designed for precision twisting of stator coils in flat wire motors. Controlled by a PLC program with intuitive LCD touchscreen, it ensures each twist meets exact product specifications.
Engineered to handle multiple twisting layers in a single operation with high angle accuracy, it features adjustable slot-span settings and accommodates different product requirements through interchangeable tooling. The multi-axis gear transmission with high-performance servo controllers allows each mold layer to rotate independently, ensuring compatibility with stators of varying stack heights.
