After delivery, the drum undergoes a thorough cleaning process with water to eliminate any residual concrete, preventing it from hardening. This crucial maintenance step ensures the drum maintains its full carrying capacity for future uses.

Matters Needing Attention

1. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all mechanical components before starting, ensuring everything is in prime working condition.
2. Ensure the mixing lever is placed in the 'neutral' position before starting the vehicle, preparing it for subsequent operations.
3. After starting, shift the mixing lever to the 'discharge' position to expel any water inside the cylinder, priming it for use.
4. During loading, position the stirring operating rod in the 'loading' position to facilitate efficient concrete loading.
5. Before transportation, securely lock the discharge groove in the 'traveling' position to prevent it from swaying and ensure safe transit.
6. When operating the joystick, always pause in the 'neutral' position before moving to the next designated position to ensure smooth operations.
7. Maintain a pristine worksite by avoiding the haphazard disposal of excess materials. Clean the mixing drum, tank, roller, and all other parts post-discharge. When entering the cylinder to remove concrete clumps, ensure the vehicle is off, the switch key is removed, and an external monitor is present for safety.
