Product Use

The mixer truck is a specialized vehicle designed to transport concrete for construction projects. Due to its shape, it is often referred to as a 'field snail car' or 'olive car.' These trucks feature cylindrical mixers that ensure the concrete remains in its mixed state during transit.
To prevent the concrete from setting during transport, the mixing drum is kept in constant rotation. Once the concrete has been delivered, the interior of the mixing drum is thoroughly washed with water to prevent residual concrete from hardening and reducing the drum's capacity.

Matters Needing Attention

1. Thoroughly inspect all mechanical system parts before starting. Only commence operation after ensuring everything is in optimal condition.
2. Prior to starting, ensure the mixing lever is in the 'neutral' position.
3. After starting, place the mixing lever in the 'discharge' position to remove any water from the cylinder.
4. When loading, position the stirring operating rod in the 'loading' position.
5. Before transportation, secure the discharge groove in the 'traveling' position to prevent any swinging.
6. When adjusting the joystick, momentarily pause in the 'neutral' position before moving to the next position.
7. Maintain a clean worksite: do not dispose of excess materials indiscriminately. After discharging, clean the mixing drum, tank, rollers, and other components. If personnel need to enter the cylinder to remove concrete clumps, ensure the vehicle is off, the key is removed, and someone outside monitors the process.
