Product Use

The mixer truck is a specialized vehicle designed for transporting concrete to construction sites. With its unique shape, it's often referred to as a field snail car or olive car. These trucks come equipped with cylindrical mixers that keep the concrete in optimal condition during transit.
The mixing drum rotates continuously during transportation, preventing the concrete from setting. After delivery, the drum is typically washed with water to avoid residual concrete hardening, which could reduce the drum's effective volume.

Matters Needing Attention

1. Carefully inspect all mechanical system parts before starting, and begin operations only after confirming everything is in good condition.
2. Before starting, ensure the mixing lever is placed in the "neutral" position.
3. After starting, switch the mixing lever to the "discharge" position and remove any water in the cylinder.
4. When loading, place the stirring control rod in the "loading" position.
5. Ensure the discharge groove is securely fixed in the "traveling" position before transportation to prevent any swinging.
6. When operating the control joystick, pause in the "neutral" position before moving to the next setting.
7. Maintain a clean worksite; do not discard excess materials arbitrarily. After discharge, clean the mixing drum, tank, roller, and other parts thoroughly. When entering the cylinder to remove concrete clumps, turn off the vehicle, remove the key, and have someone monitor from outside.
