Product Use

The mixer truck, an essential vehicle in the construction industry, is designed specifically for transporting concrete. Its unique shape has earned it nicknames such as the field snail car and olive car. These robust trucks feature cylindrical mixers that ensure the efficient transport of mixed concrete to construction sites.
To maintain the quality of the concrete and prevent it from setting during transit, the mixing drum is kept in constant rotation. Once the concrete is delivered, the mixing cylinder is promptly washed with water to remove any residual concrete, preventing hardening and ensuring the full volume of the mixing cylinder remains available for future loads.

Important Operational Guidelines

1. Thoroughly inspect all parts of the mechanical system before starting. Only proceed if everything is in optimal condition.
2. Ensure the mixing lever is in the 'neutral' position before starting the vehicle.
3. After starting, place the mixing lever in the 'discharge' position and remove any water from the cylinder.
4. When loading, position the stirring operating rod in the 'loading' position.
5. Secure the discharge groove in the 'traveling' position before transportation to prevent it from swaying.
6. When moving the joystick, pause in the 'neutral' position before shifting to the next position.
7. Maintain a clean construction environment. Do not dispose of excess materials haphazardly. After unloading, thoroughly clean the mixing drum, tank, and rollers. When removing concrete clumps from the cylinder, ensure the vehicle is turned off, the key is removed, and someone outside the cylinder monitors the process.
