To ensure the concrete remains in prime condition and to prevent any premature setting during transit, the mixing drum is kept in perpetual rotation. Upon delivery, the mixing cylinder is immediately cleansed with water to eliminate any residual concrete, thereby preventing hardening and ensuring the mixing cylinder is fully ready for the next load.

Important Operational Guidelines

1. Conduct a thorough inspection of all mechanical components before starting. Only proceed if the system is in optimal condition.
2. Ensure the mixing lever is set to the 'neutral' position prior to starting the vehicle.
3. Once started, position the mixing lever in the 'discharge' setting and expel any water from the cylinder.
4. When loading, place the stirring operating rod in the 'loading' setting.
5. Secure the discharge groove in the 'traveling' position before transportation to prevent swaying.
6. When shifting the joystick, always pause in the 'neutral' position before moving to the next setting.
7. Maintain a tidy construction environment. Avoid disposing of excess materials indiscriminately. After unloading, thoroughly cleanse the mixing drum, tank, and rollers. When removing concrete clumps from the cylinder, ensure that the vehicle is turned off, the key is removed, and a supervisor is monitoring the process from outside the cylinder.
